• Use your Mobile Manager as your only contact number.

Three things to note about using a single contact number by OneCall:

1. We are not replacing your cell phone. OneCall is all about software, not hardware. Personally, we can’t imagine conducting business without cell phones, and we don’t think you should either. Instead, what Mobile Manager does is turbo-charge your cell phone! More below on this benefit.
2. You can use a local number than we give you or we can port your cell phone number to become your Mobile Manager number if you wish. This may take up to six weeks to accomplish, depending upon your cell carrier. More below on this option.
3. Use the number on a personal basis too, with friends and family. You’ll no longer hear, “Where were you?”  “Didn’t you get my message?” and “I left a message at (wherever you were not).”

• Then decide where (or if) to take calls live.

There are millions of phones to choose from! You can also screen calls without callers knowing, and you can give callers the choice to leave a message or speak to you directly.

• Use the same number for faxes.

Quite simply – You don’t have to “find” or “retrieve” calls and faxes anymore. With Mobile Manager, they find you.

How Does This Provide Control?

• All important calls come to you live – Using the Find-Me-Follow-Me option, you simply forward your number to where you are, using any phone.
• Other calls (including group messages) go to Mobile Manager voicemail; not cell or home voicemail. This is achieved through programming.
• You have just one place to look for voicemail – Stop relying on three voicemail boxes -- cell, business, home. Use just your Mobile Manager number for everything so that you only have one voicemail to check.
• You can focus on one client, and still be responsive to others – Just use extensions 21 and 31, for example (think of these as speed dial numbers inside your Mobile Manager), so that callers have the option of leaving you a message rather than disturbing you each time.
• Faxing hassles are a thing of the past – All faxes come to the same number. You view, print and/or forward faxes to any e-mail or any fax machine. What’s more, any document that comes to you that you wish to keep, you now fax it to your Mobile Manager number.

• Every aspect of your communication will be enhanced.  For example, you can even forward faxes and voicemail messages by e-mail to anyone.  You can even create marketing messages in your Mobile Manager voicemail, and forward them by e-mail to anyone.
• Your files are amazing! Save voicemail, faxes and e-mails on your computer, just as you save any transaction record -- Voicemail as a .wav file, faxes as a .pdf file, and e-mail as a text file. Download everything to a ZIP drive for mobility at meetings, closings, etc. 
  
  

Don’t Want To Give Up Your Cell Phone Number?

We understand. We can give you several reasons why you should use a new Mobile Manager number, but we recognize that some REALTORS® just don’t want to switch. So, we can port your current cell phone number to become your Mobile Manager number.  (And don’t worry; we can port it back later if you wish.)

Here are some things you will want to know about porting:

1. Porting your number will take about six weeks to accomplish.

2. We will call you and tell you, for example, “On Tuesday at 10 a.m. we are going to port your number. Your cell phone service will stop at that time, and your new Mobile Manager service with your old cell phone number will start.”

3. You will still need a cell phone, and you don’t want to be penalized for breaking your cell phone agreement, so go back to your carrier immediately AFTER the port, and sign up with a new contract. (The contract must be of equal or longer length than your previous contract.) Your carrier will give you a cell phone number that no one knows, so you do not need to get voicemail with it.

4. Now, when people call what they think is your cell phone number, they are actually calling your new Mobile Manager. You now have control!
