On-Site Equipment

Analog or Digital Gateway
Either a digital or analog device will be installed at your office to interconnect with your PBX using either common analog phone lines or T1 or ISDN PRI trunks. Digital or analog will depend on how many lines of service you order.

Network Connection Device
A device will be installed at your office to interconnect with your existing broadband circuit, and either the analog or digital gateway.

User Interface
Interface is two-fold for each employee. He or she can manage all aspects of the service by:

  • Using his or her own, personal Web page.
  • Using a touchtone phone from any location.
